[Vim-l] Tip templates project

Here is a progress report on the conversion from template Tip to
TipImported. So far, I have processed tips 1 to 200 (179 actual tips).

Please be aware that I'm doing a lot of fast editing at the same time, so
it's likely that there are a few glitches. In particular, I've been fairly
brutal while trimming the comments.

I'm moving [[Category]] lines to the bottom; fixing '--AT--', using the
{{help}} and {{script}} templates; putting most code blocks in
<pre>...</pre>; trying to indent code when not too painful; cleaning
comments; fixing obvious typos and weird stuff (but only things that I can
fix quickly). 

The edited tips have been uploaded by JohnBot so you won't notice anything
in 'Recent changes' unless you click 'Show bots'.

Please let me know if you notice anything broken.
