My scripts are getting into quite good shape. I can download tips, and
upload changes.

First, I want to get the VimTip redirect pages into our standard format.
It's somewhat trivial, but I find it irritating that 127 of these pages are
slightly different from normal. Sometimes, it's an extra line break, or the
[[Category:VimTipRedirects]] is missing, or it's a {{Removed}} page, and
[[Category:VimTipRedirects]] is still present.

I've done 9 of these, and have 118 to do. It doesn't really bother me, but
you won't want the clutter on the Recent changes list.

Then I want to find all missing pages (tips that didn't import due to
illegal characters in the title). 

Then I'm going to think about the tip navigation (there are quite a lot of
missing tips, and several cases where the one tip occurs more than once -
that fouled up the import).

Then it's the categories...
