[Vim-l] More tips with invalid titles that will NOT be imported

I missed at least three other tips that failed to import due to invalid
titles.

I have changed their associated VimTip redirection page to use {{Removed}}
so the tips are reported as "removed".

Tip 110 - Text to html table converter:
  Don't feel like importing this. Potentially useful but
  the code is not indented, and has an annoying requirement
  to "keep the title area" which I'm not going to do.
  If someone wants to import it and fix the redirect,
  that's fine by me.

Tip 1316 - Change a visual block to a C /*-comment-*/
  Will not import. We have several other tips covering this
  (all of them unfinished).
  This tip is dangerous because it uses 'dd' to delete stuff.

  No need to import.
  Have incorporated best comment from this tip into tip 35.
