Hi John,
This is related also to a couple of tips on my watchlist that you've
improved. (Thanks!)

http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Swapping_characters%2C_words_and_lines
I noticed that in your template, and in the modified tips, you've
restored a "comments" header with no content within. I was under the
impression that after a tip has been "reviewed:"
- Most comments should be deleted (or rather, merged into the tip
itself), and
- Visitors should be encouraged to make tip improvements rather than
comments, and the discussion page is no longer off-limits, so new actual
comments should land on the "discussion" page for the tip
... thus negating the need for an empty "comments" section.
Am I misinformed? If so, I'd like to put the policy somewhere on
http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Vim_Tips_Wiki:Comment_guidelines so I don't
forget. ;)
Thanks!
Mike
