IMHO, we shouldn't be afraid to create new categories if we find than something
like 5-6 tips would fit in these categories, or if this is a category that we
should draw more attention to (like the Scripting category). As this is a wiki,
we can still recategorize the tips on a second pass.

Eventually, we will have to rethink Usage category (or at least what we have put
in it). I've have already made a few not-that-good choices, but I'm quite
confident that once we will have reviewed most of the tips, a more clever
organisation would emerge.
