The work of moving all category lines into the tip templates has been completed.

JohnBot has been busy (click 'Show bots' in Recent Changes to confirm that). I have
also deleted all the pages agreed on 'Candidates for deletion', and updated the
VimTipNr redirect pages, and all previous/next navigation.
