I don't think we can track traffic to an individual tip, and we certainly can't
track whether people found a tip helpful.
If you could do some merging that would be good. In the past I've made a lot of
noise about wanting to merge similar tips and delete doubtful tips. That's still
true, but we mustn't overdo it. I think that short, simple tips can be very helpful,
and long, complex tips should generally be avoided (although a few worthwhile
complex tips are good too).

I agree there's not much practical difference between a "help" page and a "tip"
page. Let's see how your tips evolve and talk more then. Welcome back!
