Unfortunately, since we have such a backlog, I have been linking to
some of the proposed new tips on vim_use. Others may have done the
same elsewhere. I think this time around, we should also redirect the
proposed new tips.

I don't think wikia has a space issue with our wiki at the moment, I'm
not too worried leaving a few redirects around.
