We don't currently have any janitors. If you use @latest and a staff
member has edited the wiki more recently that an admin, the welcome
would be signed by the staff member. If you use @sysop, the message
will always be signed by an admin and never by a staff member. I'd
recommend @sysop for an active wiki like this one.
