Hi Timothy,

We're in the process of reconfiguring our internal networking in the San 
Jose colo ... in the process, this machine because unreachable and 
non-responsive... so we had to have the colo personnel power cycle it 
and reset it.

Sorry again for the inconvenience. We are trying to get to that place 
called Perfect. :)
