[Wikia-l] odd linking in ProblemReports widget

the "more..." link in the bottom right of the widget always points the
current page, and not to general "Special:ProblemReports" page

also, all the reported problem links in the widget DO link to
"Special:ProblemReports".
if possible, could numerical anchor tags be added to the generated table, so
that links like "Special:ProblemReports#3917" would scroll the page down to
that problem?
if this is done, the links in the widget should be made to append the report
number to the link.
also if this is done, the log for ProblemReports (pr_rep_log) should link to
the anchord numbers in "Special:ProblemReports/archived"

right now, in pr_rep_log lines like
 Uberfuzzy (Talk | contribs | block) marked problem #3857 as "Fixed"
the #3857 link to "Special:ProblemReports", the report is no longer in the
current report queue, should point to "Special:ProblemReports/archived"
