[Wikia-l] wgUserGroups javascript error

ah, i didnt know that was a local thing, figured it was part of all the
wikia wide scripts that get loaded

i just wrapped the whole thing in

if(window.wgUserGroups)
{
}

it seems to fix the bug, and doesnt break things (afaik)
