I thought you meant linking to the Central Wikia from a Wikimedia wiki -
sorry, my bad.

To link from a Wikia wiki to Central Wikia, use the syntax [[w:Page
name|optional link title]]. So you'd type [[w:MediaWiki|MediaWiki]] to link
to http://www.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki . ;-)
