[Wikia-l] Problem reports and MW messages

2 things.

on the PR single page, in the email section, there is the text
"<ProblemReportsResponses>" which one would assume is trying to load a
MW message that doesnt exist.

there is also a link, "You can edit templated responses here" with a
link to edit MediaWiki:ProblemReportsResponses
does anyone know the format of that message?
