[Wikia-l] Our404Handler

it's because of double redirect (one from 404 handler, second from
translating url from special:Our404Handler to national version like
Specjalna: or Especial:), Our404Handler is some hack so i have to
rethink logic behind this extension. THis have low priority for us
though so i have to find some free time.
