[Wikia-l] Email notifications are confusing creation with deletion (again?)

Hi,

the original problem is caused by MediaWikis $CHANGEDORCREATED variable.

The french volunteers haven't yet created/translated all messages.

Because http://messaging.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Enotif_body_delete/fr
does not exist yet (see
http://messaging.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Enotif_body_delete for
english version), there is a fallback to
http://messaging.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Enotif_body/fr with the
irritating message.

Fastest fix: Changing the phrase "la page $PAGETITLE de {{SITENAME}} a
été $CHANGEDORCREATED" to "la page $PAGETITLE de {{SITENAME}} a été
modifier". If this is correct french, I'll change it accordingly.
