Not quite. According to my list, http://zh.csiebr.wikia.com was wiki
number 5971. Of course, that's not accounting for a few closed wikis
and a whole bunch of deleted test wikis.

I think the Request ID might be a truer figure, and that's up to 5011.
You can find that by viewing the edit page of the latest new page on
requests.wikia.com. eg -
