[Wikia-l] Monaco customization questions

Thats right there is no common the only common is MediaWiki:Common.css

I think with JS it can be inserted but im not sure.

Can you still modify each skin by affecting their page
("MediaWiki:MonacoSKIN_NAME.css" no caps)  like quartz did?
