right now, our front page news is on a transcluded subpage called "News
Panel" (the subpage is just so we dont have to edit the front page for every
news post)
http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page/News_Panel

for every news post we just edit News_Panel, and add the new news to the
top, and if the page is too long, or too many things, we bump some off the
end and place them on an archive page
