[Wikia-l] Special:Webtools

Hi Leia... because the person who wrote it was only showing the controls 
from our side instead of the way it was showing up on talk pages. We'll 
have another one up there when we release. It's fairly simple feature 
anyway... like dismissable site-wide messages, you just click to make a 
message go away. During testing some caching issues showed up where 
after you'd click to make a message go away it would still be visible 
and then would go away a few minutes later. Emil and gang have been 
working on that one the last few days.
