[Wikia-l] Error Message when creating a new page

Hi,

I'm seeing occasional odd behavior when I create new
pages on Muppet Wiki.  When I save the new page, I get
the "Oops, Muppet Wiki does not have a page with this
exact name" error screen instead of seeing the new
page itself.  

When I check "Recent Changes" I see that the page has
saved correctly and does, in fact, exist.

This does not happen with every new page I create, but
I've been seeing it off and on recently.  It's more of
a nuisance (for me at least; I can't imagine what a
new user would make of the matter).  Does anybody have
any idea what might be the problem?
