[Wikia-l] api.php

It should be... Note that the old aoc config file had some extra 
namespaces listed that aoc used to have. However those are gone, however 
the namespace id's those ones used were the same as a few of the ones 
now like the SMW id's, and so they were overriding some of the smw 
namespaces and such. An up to date config has been committed.
