[Wikia-l] Some minor Monaco bugs/comments

Hi Timothy,

Sorry for the delay...  after launch we put more caching in effect for 
the sidebar and the toolbox (since both can vary by wiki and even by 
user). The issue with the toolbox was fixed a few days ago once we saw 
that "what links here" was remembering old page names.
