[Wikia-l] new menu

I think the idea of giving it a delay would be so that if you did
accidentally mouse off it, you can move back to the menu and not have to go
through the whole selection again.

Personally, I like how it works now, but it would be good if individuals
could set something in their user css to customise the speed of it.
