What makes you think it's NOT automatic then? If Wikia specified the
sitelinks, I'm guessing more hubs etc would be the sitelinks, not a
specific wiki.
For Google to automatically use the biggest wikis, it would have to
have a special agorithm designed for gathering sitelinks for
wikifarms, or just use the subdomains it's indexed the most pages for,
both of which seem pretty pointless.
