[Wikia-l] wikia bot tutorial?

yeah, i really should start submitting my mods. many of them are related to
operating with/around wikia's unique environment, but many are general
improvements that bot runners everywhere might appreciate.

i've posted the diff for the skin patch here.

even if they dont deem it worthy to apply to the core, i think its worth
applying on your copy (make sure your updated against the SVN).
