[Wikia-l] Image history moving, help with url selection, template signature

Long ago when Angela move manually the Guildopedia from "elwiki" to "wikia"
she manage to keep the history of files, i wish to know if this can be done
by syops, and how can this be accomplish?

Im trying to create a link for uploading images, where it has set certain
things by default like file name and description. Yet of course they can be
change manually.But for choosing free license i dont seem to be able to
control it i have try the link bellow but still not able

Some one knows if this can be acomplish?

Another long ago thingy. There was a template signature debate and i
remember some one created a code to put on the preference signature that
would do some sort of testing where it would check if in the wiki there is a
page eg user:USERNAME/sig if it existed it would just substitute the
signature with that templated page, if the page did not existed it would use
like a generic multy purpose signature, that each one could have different
signatures on each wiki.

Some one can enlithen me?
