[Wikia-l] h1 status code tag pollution

Over on the narutopedia I've been getting a bit of page source pollution on action complete pages (primarily revert and deletion complete notices).

Basically sometimes I get a h1 tag as below stuck right above the DOCTYPE tag. It ends up adding an unsightly header and destroying the entire page layout.
<h1>200 - OK</h1>
