[Wikia-l] Search engine improvements

We have this, or some variant of this already on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia. It's a
pain in the arse, frankly.

It wouldn't be so bad if the cache immediately registered double redirects,
we relied upon the nature of Double Redirects in order to fix them quickly,
since we use them for searching. This has now descended into difficulty.

Fine for most Wikis, but not for those that use Redirects in large quantity
like us.
