[Wikia-l] [show] button

[Master Conjurer]

On many wikis I have seen, the "collapsible collapsed" class of tables
begins collapsed, with a button (appearing as* [show]*) on the right that
causes the rest of the template to display.  However, I cannot seem to
figure out how to get this to work on a couple of wikis.  I use exactly the
same markup, but no show button.  Anyone know what has to be done to make
them do that?
