[Wikia-l] Futures Wikia Welcome Message Feature

As first note i use the communitytest.wikia.com to do test... so i dont have
to do it on other wikis and affect there RC displays or their JS/CSS code
affect my results

And i want to express how annoying is this welcome feature... i can live
with the notices on my talk page... but the talk page are been overwritten
by new welcome messages, and "now" my userpage is been constantly replace
with NON useful information for me and "my tests".

Can some one temporaly block or temporaly disable or add variable where it
checks if page exists and if it really exist do nothing
