[Wikia-l] website model problem in zh.wikia

Hi, i dont know ZH but i have corrected the issue by removing font tag, its
not been correctly been used and aside from that font tag is deprecated.
Also pipeline for {{{4}}} should be move since {{{3}}} is reserve for title
