[Wikia-l] sysop-like flag not considered admin flag

I was thinking something global would be the best way to handle it. If 
you remember my sysop flags previously numbered in the thirties. In all 
of Wikia there was only one user other than me with that many.
The flags have been trimmed down a bit, but still swapping those flags 
for another on the animanga wiki is a little overboard I think.

Well anyways, if individual wiki are the case. For starters naruto (for 
Charitwo) and yugioh (for me). There are a number of wiki currently in 
the old ACG sync which could use that treatment, but I'll have to grab 
that list when I get online.
