Perhaps have some users who are willing to do a bit of a research and see if there is a more suitable place for some requests?<br><br>IE: Someone requests <a href="http://avatarwiki.wikia.com">avatarwiki.wikia.com</a> (as a new one not import) and it's approved without really checking due to the "approve and fix after" only to find afterwards <a href="http://de.avatar.wikia.com">de.avatar.wikia.com</a> would be more appropriate.<br>

</div>In the past there was no easy way to reverse a decision about creating<br>
a wiki, so we were forced to be much more conservative in our<br>
decisions. Now that any member of the comteam can disable, rename, or<br>
merge a wiki, we can trial many more topics rather than make a guess<br>
about how well it will do. It also makes the process quicker if we<br>
don't do detailed research into each request, which means that we<br>
don't need to keep requesters waiting for more than a day. This was<br>
quite different in the past when users sometimes waiting a week to<br>
hear back from us.<br>
