</div>We used to do this a lot, but it adds to the waiting time for the<br>
requester and leads to a higher abandonment rate since they go and<br>
start the wiki elsewhere or just forget to come back and use their new<br>
wiki. In theory, it's still possible for users to do that research<br>
since anyone can add comments to the talk page of each request, but it<br>
does need to be done pretty soon after the request is made.<br>
