On many wikis I have seen, the &quot;collapsible collapsed&quot; class of tables begins collapsed, with a button (appearing as<i> [<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);">show</span>]</i>) on the right that causes the rest of the template to display.  However, I cannot seem to figure out how to get this to work on a couple of wikis.  I use exactly the same markup, but no show button.  Anyone know what has to be done to make them do that?<br>
